This is a very quick and simple recipe that can be prepare in less than 10 min

Ingredients that you will need

  1. Mumura / Mamra 250 g

  2. Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon

  3. Red Chili powder 2-3 teaspoon (or to taste)

  4. Mustard Seeds

  5. Salt (to taste)

  6. Oil 2-4 tablespoons

Cooking Method

  1. Heat oil in large pan on medium flame.

  2. After getting oil hot add 1 spoon black mustard seed.

  3. Add mamra and shaking well

  4. Add 1 spoon turmeric powder and salt as per requirement (add chili powder 1/2 spoon if need spicy)

  5. Shake well on slow flame

  6. Ready to serve
