All other orders are processed via Flash express unless otherwise communicated.

Generally it take 2-4 days for your order to get delivered to you anywhere in Thailand after the funds have been cleared to our account unless COD (Cash on Delivery) method is choose. Please also note that there are additional changes for COD.

For Cash on Delivery orders, orders are confirmed after the customer has replied "Order confirmed" to Order confirmation email.

Some products take additional 1-2 days for delivery, Please see the products description for details.

We accept order on weekends and public holidays however the orders are shipped out on the next working day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for the order to reach me once I have placed the order?
We use Flash Express for delivery. It normally takes 2-4 working days for the delivery to reach its destination after its shipped. All orders are confirmed at 9:00PM, order place after this time will be processed the next working day.
How do I confirm my order?
For Direct bank transfer or Online Bank Transfer your order is confirmed after you have sent us the transfer slip for the payments.
For Cash on Delivery, order are confirmed once you have placed your order and replied to Order confirmation email. We may also call you to confirm before shipping your order.
How and when can I track my order?
The day your order is shipped out we will send you the tracking number and Link via email. You can use this link to track your order or you can use the tracking number to track your order in Flash express apps.
Can I change my shipping address or phone number after I have confirmed my order?
Yes you can change your order details before 9:00 PM of the next day or before your order has shipped out. Once your order is shipped out you have to contact Kerry or J&T express call center to change your shipping details. If you change your shipping details your order will take additional 3-4 working days to reach
