Welcome to ZingStreet! By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions as outlined in this Customer Policy. Please read this document carefully before making any purchase.

1. Platform Overview

  • ZingStreet operates as a marketplace, connecting customers with verified partners who offer various products for sale.
  • Customers have the option to place orders from multiple vendors within a single order, but each vendor’s shipping costs will apply separately based on the order item weight.

2. Shipping and Payment

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in the cart.
  • Shipping costs are displayed on the cart and checkout pages after the customer’s address is provided.
  • To successfully place an order, customers must provide their full name, address, valid email address, and Thai phone number.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses are used by the site admin to communicate order and shipping status.

3. Payment Process

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer to K-bank.
  • Orders are confirmed and processed once payment is cleared in our account.
  • It typically takes 2-3 working days for customers to receive their orders after confirmation or processing order status.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • A single order may be shipped from multiple locations based on the vendors’ locations.
  • Customers can access vendor information and reviews on the vendor profile.

5. Product Listings and Vendors

  • ZingStreet only features reputed vendors on our site.
  • All products listed on the platform are reviewed and verified by ZingStreet.
  • Customers can contact vendors for product information and ZingStreet for order, payment, and general inquiries.

6. Customer Refund Policy

  • Orders can be canceled if payment has not been made.
  • Customers can request a refund for items that are expired or have damaged packaging.
  • Products with less than 3 months to their best-before date should not be sold unless clearly stated in the product description.
  • Refund requests for products with clearly mentioned expiry dates are subject to admin or ZingStreet’s discretion.

7. Customer Loyalty Program

  • Earning Points:
    • Earn 10 points for each referral using the provided referral link.
    • Receive 1 point for every 100 THB spent.
    • Get 10 points for submitting a product review.
    • Receive 50 points for submitting a vendor review.
    • Points for reviews require a product packaging picture, customer experience, and rating (subject to admin approval).
    • Reviews can only be made by verified owners.
  • Using Points:
    • Points can be redeemed at checkout, providing a discount of 1 THB for every 100 points.

8. Policy Changes

  • All policies mentioned above are subject to change at the discretion of ZingStreet.
