                                                1. We are only accepting orders on our website.

                                                2. If you have a valid discount code you can apply the code on your cart or during checkout. 

                                                3. You can send us transfer slip to confirm your order in reply to the order confirmation email or by Line.

                                                4. Your order details and our bank information will be included in your order confirmation email. 

                                                5. You can choose the payment method during check out. 

                                                6. All available shipping methods, payment methods and shipping charges will be displayed during check out and are subjected to Covid-19 Norms. 

                                                7. Shipping charges are automatically calculated depending on the weight of the order.  

                                                8. We only accept Direct bank transfer and Cash on delivery as payment. (Subject to Covid-19 Norms)

                                                9. We do not accept changes in order once the order is confirmed. 

                                                10. All orders are process via Kerry express and Flash express.

                                                11. It normally take 2-4 working days for order to reach after order confirmation.

                                                12. We recommend you to install Kerry express or Flash express app and provide us the same phone number for delivery which is used for registration in Kerry or Flash app.

                                                13. If you comply with the recommendation in previous item in this list your tracking number will be automatically be update in Kerry or Flash app once its shipped out from Zing Street. The app will also includes contact points for assigned messenger or support for delivery.

                                                14. If you do not have Kerry and Flash app, the messenger will call you on the provided phone number on the day of the delivery to confirm delivery time. 

                                                15. If by any chance an ordered product is out of stock we will send an alternative brand as a replacement.

                                                16. Preferred language for Kerry and Flash messages is Thai.

                                                17. For us to successfully deliver your order you have to provide us with

                                                  3. Delivery address which includes district, sub-distric and postal code. (Khet, Khwang or Tamboon, Amphur)
